Not just pre-college...Prepare for life

Great minds have different ideas

That's a big part of why we're here。That's a big part of why you're here。We invite you to take a closer look at how Fishburne combines individual learning, goals and perspectives to help you make your mark on the world at a military academy near you。

As class sizes decrease, academic success rates increase

For this reason, Fishburne Military Academy limits enrollment to 175 young men, meaning that the average class size is between eight and 12。Small classes mean more one-on-one teaching, which we all know is the best way to learn。 Fishburne also requires students to attend supervised study rooms in the evening to ensure our trainees remain focused, focused on tasks and up to speed。What is the result??Fishburne Military School graduates are leading the way in almost every profession。

A pre-college perspective

All academic programs at Fishburne are taught from a college preparatory perspective, although the school does not believe that college admission is the only path to success for students。Our military Academy requires cadets to pay full attention to a demanding program of study while balancing their responsibilities in cadet Corps and sports teams。The school's small class sizes and daily supervised study rooms help students cope with these challenges。

Small classes give trainees the opportunity to actually do the work, rather than just learn about it。

More feedback from teachers leads to a better and more effective learning experience。

There is more incentive to pay attention and participate in small classes because it is obvious when they don't。
  •
    Presentation ability
Practice speaking in front of peers and staff in class and corps to increase confidence and composure。
Public speaking enabled our boy to overcome his fear。

Doing tough things builds confidence, and public speaking is no exception。

Our focus on strong public speaking skills gives participants the confidence to stand in front of their peers and communicate persuasive ideas with conviction。
  •
    Mentoring program
Students receive one-on-one guidance from academic advisors based on their goals。
Each cadet is assigned an academic advisor who has one-on-one contact almost daily。

Advisors are responsible for helping students grow academically。

Students are provided with daily supervised study rooms for academic success。
