National Association of Independent Schools(NAIS) a non-profit membership association，1 for the United States and abroad,More than 900 schools and school associations provide services，That includes the United States,More than 600 independent private K-12 schools Independent Schools are non-profit philosophically independent private schools: each school has a unique mission。

The NAIS Principles of Good Practice for member schools define high standards and ethical behaviour in key areas of independent school operation。As members, all NAIS schools are committed to upholding the spirit of the PGP。 The NAIS Professional Practice Guide (GPP) Outlines standards of professional conduct for a variety of roles or positions within an independent school。

Virginia Association of Independent Schools

Virginia Association of Independent Schools(VAIS) connects 95 independent schools in Virginia。Together, their member schools employ more than 8,000 faculty, staff and administrators and educate nearly 30,000 students from pre-K through 12th grade/graduate level。Experienced VAIS staff promote excellence, growth, and success in Virginia private schools by providing relevant and rewarding opportunities for connection, collaboration, and leadership。

Association of American Military Academies

American Association of Military Colleges and Schools(AMCSUS) is a nonprofit school services organization whose military curriculum is approved by the Department of Defense and maintains good standing among its regional accrediting organizations。The purpose of the proposal is"To promote the common interest of all members and to promote their welfare;Promote and maintain high academic, military and ethical standards in member schools;Representing the common interests of member schools before the Department of Defense and the public;Cultivate and expand the authority of patriotism;To develop citizens who love peace and work to preserve it。”

United States Army Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps

United States Army Junior Reserve Officers Training CorpsJROTC is one of the largest youth character development and citizenship programs in the world。The Army's JROTC program currently operates in more than 1,700 public and private high schools, military academies, and correctional centers in the United States and overseas。As JROTC students (cadets) progress through the program, they will experience opportunities to lead other cadets。 A major component of the JROTC Leadership and Citizenship program is female cadets。Women make up 40% of the total number of students。 The JROTC faculty is led by nearly 4,000 instructors who have retired from active, reserve, or National Guard service。Instructors are trained and qualified under the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act to teach and mentor approximately 314,000 JROTC cadets each year。
