Sonnenborne Hall is owned by Marquis Services Inc. Maintained and operated, it is a small family business。Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible and Marquis strives to keep the menu fresh, interesting and nutritious。Special events such as the Lunar New Year, the July 4 picnic, the awards ceremony steak dinner, Thanksgiving and Christmas themed dinners are celebrated in a festive manner。
At lunch，Students can also visit our custom deli，Choose from a variety of breads and wraps，Served with Turkey, ham, beef, hummus, egg salad, allspice cheese, Progo, Swiss cheese, American cheese, Pepper Jack and American white cheese;Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, dressing and pickles。

Each Saturday, a tour will be provided for participants。In the past these were: Shenandoah Caves, Skyline Paintball, Kings Dominion and Massanutten Waterpark。These are subject to change。 The third weekend (July 17-18) is generally considered an open weekend。Students can take this weekend off.。 |
